Andean cities take shape through their interaction with the natural environment, especially the mountainous edge, in this sense Bogotá and the neighborhood Portal del Divino are not the exception.
This connection is evident in the terraced construction of the neighborhood, influencing both its nearby and distant landscapes, as well as how it is used and inhabited.
The proposal recognizes this quality and suggests a model that integrates the urban and ecological aspects, aiming to connect already built structures with natural spaces through a green network that utilizes the geographic, ecological, and landscape resources of the area.
